Description
Amsterdam Standard Series Acrylic Paint 250 ml – Naples Yellow Red Light 292 🎨
Intense warm yellow shade for opaque painting techniques
With its high content of lightfast pigments, Amsterdam Standard Series acrylic paint in Naples Yellow Red Light 292 delivers a richly opaque, warmly luminous surface from the very first application, with no grey undertones. The medium viscosity allows for smooth brushing and targeted modeling, while the rapid wetting time ensures efficient workflow. The generous 250 ml cone replaces frequent refills during study projects and offers long-term consistent color reproduction.
✨ Product Features
- ✔️ 250 ml tube volume for continuous painting sessions
- ✔️ High pigment content with opaque coverage and minimal transparency
- ✔️ Medium viscosity for precise brushwork and textured application techniques
- ✔️ Lightfast formula prevents fading and color shifts
🎨 Creative Design Possibilities
The specific hue of Naples Yellow is ideal as a base for skin tones, bright sky areas, or decorative accents in still lifes. Use the paste undiluted as a pure opaque color or thin it with acrylic medium to create glazing gradients to simulate depth. Once cured, the surface is water-resistant and ready for additional varnishes or mixed-media applications.
- ✔️ Reliable use on canvas, wood panels, cardboard mounts, and absorbent painting paper
🔥 Handling
The rapid oxidation of the binder significantly accelerates layer build-up: initial strokes can be corrected or covered with new tones after a short time without softening existing layers. This behavior minimizes waiting times for large projects, though it requires a quick, confident hand in color management. The homogeneous paste spreads evenly and leaves no unnatural drying edges.
👉 Important: Seal the tube tightly after each use, as the water-based consistency polymerizes completely when exposed to air, rendering the paint unusable.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.
👉 Why only 4.90 Swiss francs for delivery?
-
We want shipping costs to remain transparent and fair for our customers.
-
4.90 Swiss francs covers only a portion of the actual shipping and packaging costs – we cover the rest for you.
-
This keeps your shopping experience at Kidis Art straightforward, affordable, and fair.
Why is there a small-order surcharge?
For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.
👉 Why is there a small-order fee?
-
Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.
-
This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.
-
At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
Kidis Art places the greatest importance on quality, transparency, and safety. That is why we take great care to ensure that all products are traceable – from manufacturing to the ingredients used. This way, you can be sure that you are receiving only high-quality and tested materials for your creative projects.
