The robust sandpaper reduces rework during surface preparation for paints and glazes on wood, plastic, and existing coatings by smoothing out unevenness in a controlled manner and creating fine transitions. Clear markings on the sheets save time when switching, while the slim design delivers exact results even in hard-to-reach areas such as sharp edges.

✨ Product Features

✔️ Four graded grits 800, 1000, 1500, and 2000 in a pack of eight sheets total in 115 × 140 mm format, ensuring consistent sanding from initial material removal to the final level finish.

✔️ Designed for secure attachment to standard sanding clamps, combined with a robust paper substrate that is tear-resistant and whose grit adhesion is significantly extended by dry storage.

🎨 Creative Design Possibilities

Ideal for the sequential preparation of workpieces where homogeneous transitions are crucial: use the system to work step-by-step from coarser imperfections to a fine base. This approach is indispensable for the revitalization of painted wooden surfaces, the deburring of plastic components, or critical initial sanding preparation before applying new glazes or topcoats.

✔️ Targeted graduation on various materials: Start with grit 800 to remove small dents or old layers of paint, use 1000 and 1500 for precise intermediate sanding, and finish with grit 2000 for polishing to create scratch-free surfaces for high-quality coatings.

🔥 Processing

Especially for larger projects, you benefit from the compact sheet format, which enables precise sanding in tight corners and complex contours, where larger manual tools often reach their limits. Seamless replacement via standard sanding clamps ensures that the workflow is maintained, while the robust construction of the abrasive material resists rapid wear. Regular dusting and storing the reserves in a dry environment maintain the performance of the individual sheets throughout the entire product lifespan.

👉 Important: Ensure that unused sheets are stored in a dry, flat position, as moisture can weaken the adhesion mechanism of the grit; stored dry, the sheets remain ready for use long-term and retain their full sanding efficiency.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0798/9146/4459/files/schleifpapier-8st-115x140mm-korn-800-1000-1500-2000.jpg?v=1790113111
