Precise contours and soft color gradients in one pen
The STAEDTLER® 3001 in light grey combines two fiber tips in a robust barrel. The flexible brush tip allows for precise contours while simultaneously covering smooth areas of color without leaving streaks. The water-soluble pigment activates upon contact with water droplets, allowing hard edges to be softened or made transparent as desired. The ink settles directly onto the paper texture and dries quickly while maintaining its original saturation.

🎨 Creative design possibilities
Various image editing and layout techniques utilize water solubility for quick transitions. By specifically keeping it moist, the color can be distributed from the brush directly onto the sheet without needing separate painting tools. This significantly shortens the workflow for complex designs and allows for direct control over color density.

🔥 Processing
Extensive sketches benefit from the even ink supply. The brush tip releases only as much ink as the paper can actually absorb, which minimizes waste and ensures clean workflows. For larger projects, the time-consuming switching of multiple devices is eliminated, as all required line shapes and painting techniques are available from a single source.
👉 Important: Since the ink is water-based, it can dry out faster if left without a cap for long periods. Always store the device closed and vertically with the brush tip facing downwards. Test sensitive surfaces beforehand for their absorbency to prevent uncontrolled bleeding.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
