Brush control meets water-soluble coloring
This dual-tip fiber pen combines the precision of a classic pen with the flexibility of a brush tip. The pink water-based ink can be re-moistened directly, allowing for seamless light gradations, soft color gradients, and watercolor-like textures. Ideal for book illustrations, lettering, journal entries, and decorative paper projects where both clear outlines and velvety smooth areas are required.

You can vary the line width continuously by applying specific pressure to the tip. Particularly effective for quickly coloring sketches, creating shadows, or designing envelopes and cards.

🔥 Application
For larger projects, the water-based chemistry impresses with predictable drying times and controlled wet-on-wet behavior. Once dry, colors that have already been applied can be neatly painted over or optically lightened without unnecessarily loosening the paper fiber structure. This significantly accelerates iterative design processes, as color adjustments remain possible without having to redraw everything from scratch.
👉 Important: For maximum color brilliance and clean transitions, use only absorbent drawing paper and let completed sections air-dry completely before continuing work.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

Refund
As soon as your return has arrived and been inspected by us, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
Kidis Art places the greatest importance on quality, transparency, and safety. That is why we take great care to ensure that all products are traceable – from manufacturing to the ingredients used.
