The Fabriano Watercolour Pad combines a cold-pressed paper layer with targeted pigment guidance to enable sharp transitions and deep, vibrant color zones. The 300 gsm dense structure absorbs large amounts of water without warping, allowing for long working times before the medium is set. The integrated wire spiral protects the edges but can be opened effortlessly to keep the entire sheet freely available.

🎨 Creative design possibilities
The lightly textured fiber orientation directs the paint precisely into the depressions, which supports natural gradient effects without letting contours blur. The paper can handle everything from thin watercolor glazes to impasto applications, provided the amount of water is dosed correctly. It is equally suitable for plein air painting and studio studies.

🔥 Handling
For more complex compositions or sequential work, the tear-away spiral guarantees clean edges and prevents accidental smudging of the last, still-fresh sheet. The thick cardboard back serves directly as a flexible drawing surface, but can additionally be taped or clipped to a flat board during very wet passages to ensure maximum tension. Dried works can be removed from the spiral without any issues, as there is no adhesive residue on the edges.
👉 Important: For even drying results, painted pages should be separated from the air side before the next application and laid out horizontally on absorbent fleece to prevent local wrinkling.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
