The manufacturing process begins with unrolling the pre-printed backing, followed by matching the shades on the back of the diamonds. After applying the included wax, the applicator pen is used for easy picking; for finer areas, the tweezers can be used as an alternative. Even basic lighting and working in manageable sections support a clean end result.

The combination of a numbered adhesive field and square shaping eliminates misalignments and significantly accelerates the work rhythm. Thanks to the two attachments on the applicator pen, you can switch between quick application and targeted placement without changing tools. The included wax ensures an immediate firm hold of the stones on the pen tip, which reduces repeated picking. For longer sessions, it is advisable to store the canvas flat and remove the protective film only section by section so that the adhesive strength remains stable throughout the entire duration.
👉 Important: Always keep the remaining diamonds covered so they do not clump together, and preferably start with border areas to visually frame the overall composition.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
