The Fabriano Artistico block made of pure cotton combines Italian manufacturing tradition with modern coating processes for precise watercolor work. The dual sizing application controls water flow, reliably binds pigment particles, and minimizes unwanted bleeding at the brush tips. Thanks to the 300 gsm thickness, the paper remains dimensionally stable even with large-scale wet techniques, while the rough surface allows targeted friction effects and dry modeling to stand out clearly.

The chosen surface texture supports both gentle gradients and powerful, expressive brushstrokes equally. Due to the porous fiber structure, wet washes can be effortlessly graduated, while rough areas can be deliberately left blank or subsequently enhanced with fine pastel pigments.

🔥 Handling
The continuous block-bound layout speeds up the workflow for longer series studies, as every single sheet is immediately accessible and mechanically fixed. The high resilience of the cotton fibers allows for repeated reworking of the same area – from wet-lifting a color zone to intensive scraping for light effects, without destroying the fiber. Upon project completion, the finished sheet can be effortlessly detached from the glued edge and mounted for framing.
👉 Important: Always store the closed block flat and with even air exposure so that the paper retains its natural tension and does not develop wavy creases in high humidity.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
