For sharp edges, draw your templates directly onto the flat side and use high-quality fabric scissors that cut through the material flush. When sewing, the firm thread structure supports the pulling through of the yarn so that stitch sequences hold permanently and edges do not fray. For larger projects, you benefit from the direct combinability of multiple sheet layers to achieve voluminous relief effects. Gentle hand washing at 30 °C or air drying preserves the original color intensity and prevents blurring of the borders.
👉 Important: Store remaining sheets as horizontally as possible and protected from UV exposure to prevent fiber tilting and fading of the green tone in the long term.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
