With STAEDTLER Fimoair Keepsake, you can instantly turn your creative ideas into tangible objects, without any need for oven calibration or heat adjustment. As an air-drying modelling clay, it impresses with a smooth basic structure that allows for precise detailed work and promotes even surfaces. After natural hardening at room temperature, it forms a stable base that can be smoothly post-processed and, thanks to its practical texture, delivers consistent results even with more complex projects.

Thanks to the open surface characteristic, every finished shape can be individually developed further. The dried material absorbs paints, varnishes, or waxes evenly, allowing for various finishes and long-lasting coatings without the risk of flaking. Whether as a keepsake, jewellery element, or decorative work of art – the material adapts flexibly to your vision.

🔥 Processing
Eliminating the need for an oven significantly accelerates the workflow and makes executing larger series or workshop projects much more efficient. Each individual item hardens identically under normal room conditions, which minimizes warping and facilitates immediate further processing. Hardened models can subsequently be effortlessly sanded, filed, or drilled to create cleaner edges or to realize precise mounting holes.
👉 Important: Before beginning any sanding, filing, or drilling processes, ensure that the respective model is completely rigid. Only the complete air-drying process guarantees stable cuts and prevents unwanted cracking during mechanical post-processing.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

Refund
As soon as your return has arrived and been inspected by us, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Why is there a small-order surcharge?
For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
Kidis Art places the greatest importance on quality, transparency, and safety. That is why we take great care to ensure that all products are traceable – from manufacturing to the ingredients used.
