Durable molding compound with fast RTV curing
With a content of 1 kilogram, the white Silicone Rubber NV provides a highly elastic material that springs back safely during demolding, even with deep incisions and delicate undersides. The room-temperature vulcanization (RTV) takes place via a cold process and allows for direct pouring or brushing without additional heat sources. The light base color makes air bubbles visible during the application process and, once cured, creates a stable, reusable negative mold for synthetic resins, polyamides, and paint-compatible materials.

Due to its chemical resistance to common casting materials, the NV rubber acts as a transparent release layer without the need for additional release agents. You obtain precise negative impressions of sculptures, master jewelry models, or technical components, which can subsequently be filled with replica materials as often as desired. The flexible wall thickness prevents deformation during repeated filling.

🔥 Processing
For medium to large production volumes, the product accelerates the workflow, as every removed mold plate is immediately ready for use and maintains its dimensional accuracy over multiple cycles. Consistent room-temperature crosslinking eliminates the need for drying ovens and ensures homogeneous setting times even on large, flat casting surfaces.
👉 Important: Apply the mixture exclusively to prepared, dust-free surfaces and ensure the workspace is well ventilated. Wait for complete hardening before carefully pulling the mold from the master model to prevent edge tearing and air channels.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
