The Glorex casting mold allows for the effortless creation of custom tealight holders in a compact 7 x 7 cm format. The flexible material protects delicate designs when removing them from the mold and significantly reduces the risk of breakage. Thanks to its temperature resistance from -15 °C to +80 °C, it is equally suitable for cold materials like concrete or Keramin as well as for warm substances like wax, glycerin soap, or chocolate. Its robust construction prevents deformation and guarantees sharp edge details with repeated use.

🔥 Processing
For flawless results, first fill the prepared material completely into the recess while keeping the mold slightly tilted to allow trapped air to escape. If a release agent is used, apply it only sparingly so that the side surfaces glide freely later on. After the specified drying or cooling phase, gently bend the outer edges outward – the finished tealight holder will release completely and with accurate contours. This direct workflow eliminates the need for expensive equipment and accelerates the production process.
👉 Important: Ensure that the cast substance is absolutely stable before demolding to rule out cracks at the edges during the elastic removal process.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
