🔥 Processing

For recurring sewing projects, the pre-assembled loop offers decisive advantages: it prevents the eye from slipping while pulling through and ensures even thread tension. The sturdy core can be fixed effortlessly without the seam loosening during washing or intensive care. Due to the calibrated distance between the visible surface and the metal loop, tedious measuring is eliminated, allowing even complex multiple orders to be completed quickly.

👉 Important: To sew on, always stitch from the inside of the fabric through the loop, work with a strong cotton thread, and secure every turn firmly on the back. Check the horizontal alignment of both eyes before pulling the thread tight for the last time and securing the seam permanently.

For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Why is there a small-order surcharge?

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
