This set of high-quality round wicks provides the technical foundation for clean candle burning and prevents soot formation through optimized heat conduction. With three predefined thicknesses of 7, 14, and 16, you can select the exact cross-section for any candle diameter. The 100 cm length per spool allows for flexible cutting and significantly reduces material waste. A red tracer thread at the bottom end precisely marks the tip of the wick, so you can immediately recognize the correct orientation during insertion.

For mass production or batch casting, the predefined length and the colored tip save valuable setup time during assembly. When fixing the wick in the sustainers or adhesive pads, the applied starting knot acts as a natural lock that reliably prevents slipping during the wax pour. The uniform core profile distributes the melt pool to the surface in a controlled manner, causing the flame to self-regulate and guaranteeing a clean look over a longer burn time.
👉 Important: Carefully match the wick thickness to the candle diameter to reliably prevent flickering or burning too quickly.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
