Magnani 1404 "Italia" combines classic master papermaking expertise with high material stability. The exclusive use of pure cotton pulp and a completely acid- and chlorine-free production process creates a sheet that withstands even the most intensive artistic work while offering clear resistance to UV influences. The exclusive cylinder mould manufacturing process leaves a characteristic fiber texture on every single sheet, along with visible felt marks, which document the original production method and give every drawing a natural tactile quality.

Thanks to the dense weave structure of the pure cotton, this specially produced material is equally suitable for dry graphic media and light water-based techniques. It offers artists and graphic designers a reliably flat working surface that neither splinters nor tears. The small dimensions make it an ideal format for field sketches, portrait studies, or preparatory color and shading tests where space needs to be used efficiently.

For series work or larger mounting projects, the uniform fiber arrangement and outstanding tear resistance of the sheet are impressive. Since the raw material has been completely chemically neutralized, subsequent touch-ups, overpainting, or combined work with other archived documents can be carried out without hesitation, without the risk of internal embrittlement or transferring unwanted yellowing to adjacent areas.

👉 Important: Each sheet features individual felt marks and minimal surface variations resulting directly from the authentic cylinder mould process, confirming the handcrafted origin of this product as a sign of authenticity.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.

For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.

For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

  • 4.90 Swiss francs covers only a portion of the actual shipping and packaging costs – we cover the rest for you.

Why is there a small-order surcharge?

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
