No firing process required – this modeling clay developed by Glorex hardens naturally in ambient air, providing a deceptively realistic grey concrete surface. With a deliberately soft consistency, it is smooth to work with straight out of the packaging, allows for clean lines, and supports precise modeling without cracking. The 1000g volume forms the basis for continuous creative work, allowing large projects or multiple small parallel tasks to be completed efficiently.

🔥 Processing
For larger projects, you benefit directly from the generous supply of material and quick preparation. Rough basic shapes are created by manual forming and pressing, while finer tool tips provide textures and anatomical nuances later on. The open drying process reduces the risk of material tension as moisture escapes in a controlled manner – completely without technical equipment and with direct control over dimensional stability.
👉 Important: Allow the finished pieces to harden continuously and sufficiently in the air; subsequently, prominent irregularities can be gently sanded down or color-adjusted depending on the desired appearance.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
