Due to its stable structure and characteristic scent, the material is equally suitable as a binding agent in creams and ointments as it is as a form-stable foundation for hand-poured candles. It can be precisely colored, enriched with high-quality oils, or processed after cooling into thin, pliable wax wraps that protect fruit, vegetables, and hard cheese from drying out for days without leaving microplastic residues.

🔥 Processing

For larger amounts, controlled melting in a water bath or thermostat container is recommended to avoid local overheating and color changes in the wax structure. The liquid medium can be poured precisely into silicone molds, pigmented with paper nozzles, or brushed onto surfaces to create closed sealing layers after gentle cooling. Since the specified amount can be quickly portioned per use, tedious storage of opened bulk quantities is avoided, keeping project trials economical.

👉 Important: Always store the solid raw wax in a dry and cool place, heat it only in portions, and work in well-ventilated areas when melting to effectively dissipate vapors.

Shipping Costs

For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.

For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.

For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
