Due to its low weight, the element can be positioned, mounted, and replaced effortlessly if necessary. The dense cardboard surface absorbs water-based paints, clear sprays, and adhesives directly without swelling or warping immediately. This provides a reliable base for child-friendly crafts, permanent home accents, or recurring event designs.

🎨 Creative design possibilities
The undecorated front and back allow for the direct application of pigments or the gluing of thin printed motifs. Thanks to the limited surface area, even work with delicate techniques remains neatly controllable. The flat edges serve as an additional surface for three-dimensional structures.

When planning larger compositions such as alphabet wall hangings or multi-line place cards, one benefits from the uniform material thickness. Multiple pieces together form a stable overall look, yet remain easy to transport and can be stacked for flat storage. Thin layers of paint prevent stress cracks in the cardboard structure and ensure that adjacent letters do not become soiled.
👉 Important: Always work in thin layers when applying paints and varnishes to reliably prevent cracking and uneven discoloration of the cardboard.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
