For larger craft series or regular Christmas and holiday projects, production benefits significantly from the pre-fabricated contours. Since no individual templates need to be transferred or manually cut out, a time-consuming preparation step is eliminated. This significantly accelerates the production flow, especially when multiple identical motifs are to be created in parallel. The low mass of the EPS also reduces mechanical stress on hangers, curtain tapes, or wall nails, which allows for secure mounting without additional reinforcement frames.
👉 Important: Use only water-based adhesives to rule out signs of material damage from chemical solvents; chlorinated or solvent-based agents can attack the EPS surface and should be avoided.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
