As part of a globally proven system, it is a pre-mixed intermediate color whose “.10” code indicates a specific addition of white. This formulation eliminates the time-consuming process of mixing light green tints and instead guarantees direct, homogeneous application. Thanks to its pure kaolin binder and the use of the highest quality pigments, it offers impressive lightfastness, opaque layering without any grayish cast, and a velvety, matte surface finish.

👉 Important: We recommend using a professional fixative spray upon completing your work, as unfixed pastel powder can easily migrate upon contact. For safe storage, the sticks should always be kept in their original boxes to prevent cross-contamination or mechanical damage to the tips.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
