In its opaque version, Permanent Red Violet 590 impresses with outstanding lightfastness of +++ and professional-grade intense pigmentation. The highly viscous consistency is ideal for building textures, while the water-based, odorless formula allows for comfortable studio work. Once dry, it forms a flexible, water-resistant paint film that permanently protects your compositions from fading and cracking.

Thanks to its high stability and quick adhesion, this series enables versatile techniques for pure painting as well as mixed-media projects. The paint can be applied undiluted directly from the bottle or thinned with water or specialized acrylic mediums to precisely control transparency, flow, and drying time. This supports large-area underpainting as well as detailed overpainting and expressive layering without unwanted running.

👉 Important: Permanent Red Violet 590 is part of a palette of around 70 available shades, including 28 mono-pigmented variants, allowing for seamless realization of harmonious color mixes and complex compositions.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
