The Ultramarine color from the Expert Series impresses as a deeply luminous, transparent acrylic paint with proven lightfastness (+++). Thanks to an extremely high concentration of artist-grade pigments and a pure acrylic resin binder, it creates an exceptionally elastic paint film that does not become brittle after drying. Ideal for precise glazing layers and matte to silky gloss finishes.

🎨 Creative Design Possibilities
Ultramarine 504 is excellently suited for atmospheric backgrounds, abstract compositions, and detailed studies. The heavy body can be applied directly from the tube or intentionally extended. Thanks to its versatile adhesion, it opens up room for experimental mixed-media approaches and large-scale murals.

🔥 Application
For large-scale works or wide gradients, you can easily thin the paint with water or special acrylic mediums without affecting its binding properties. The water-based formula cures quickly into a permanent, water-resistant top layer, making touch-ups or reworked glazes over several days safe to perform. Controlled industrial production also ensures that reordered tubes provide exactly the same color shade.
👉 Important: Do not allow absorbent substrates such as raw concrete or unprimed wood to dry out completely during the drying process to prevent stress cracks. Keep unused tubes airtight to maintain the heavy-body structure.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
