The Amsterdam Expert Series acrylic paint in Sky Blue 527 provides an intensely pigmented, heavy-body painting base for professional results in a handy 75-milliliter tube. The 100% acrylic resin binder ensures a flexible, durable paint film with a satin finish, while the odorless water-based formula becomes permanently waterproof once dry. Perfect for canvas, wood, stone, concrete, as well as paper and cardboard, this opaque Sky Blue 527 is equally suitable for meticulous detail work and large-scale painting. Its heavy-body consistency creates natural depth effects, while the base color can be deliberately thinned with water or suitable mediums to achieve glazing transparency. Within the seventy-shade Expert series, it allows for precise gradations down to the twenty-eight isolated mono-pigments.
🔥 Application
For continuous work sequences or larger artworks, the triple-roll milling process in the Netherlands guarantees a clump-free, homogeneous pigment distribution without annoying sedimentation. The high initial viscosity holds applications in place for a long time, which reliably prevents smearing and allows for targeted overpainting and seamless layering. Additional priming is recommended only for highly absorbent or smooth, non-porous surfaces.
👉 Important: The fully cured paint film cannot be removed with water or chemical solvents. Before application, surfaces should always be free of dust, grease, and moisture to ensure maximum fixation and color fastness for years to come.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
