Thanks to the central loop, the eyes can be precisely aligned even on thin fleece or dense short-pile plush. Simply pulling the thread through the opening and tying a double securing knot on the inside guarantees a permanent hold without fraying. For recurring sewing projects, this design saves time as no pre-drilling, gluing, or finishing of the edges is necessary. The smooth finish also protects the surrounding textile from damage.

👉 Important: These glass eyes are explicitly designed for hand sewing – for a secure hold, a reinforced stitch ring should always be worked around the loop.

For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
