The NOVUS S9 M6 steel blind rivet nut creates permanently stable screw connections in thin-walled materials. With its internal M6 thread and Ø 9 mm insert head, the component can be securely fixed even when only one side of the material is accessible. The galvanized surface inhibits corrosion, while the high compressive strength reliably prevents loosening caused by vibration. Ideal for direct use in vehicle construction, metal processing, and industrial assembly lines.

🎨 Creative design possibilities

The thread-formed insert head forms directly within the base material during installation. This crimping technique generates resilient thread cores without the need for prior drilling of counter-bearings or double-sided access. The unit is perfectly suited for bodywork conversions, scaffold assemblies, machine casings, and apparatus engineering. Craftsmen use them for rapid retrofitting on existing steel or light metal sheets, where traditional locknuts fail due to the lack of an insertion opening.

🔥 Processing

For quantities of 50 or more, the assembly effort per connection decreases significantly, as a second person is not required to stabilize the counterpart. Direct pressing via riveting tool or hydraulic system considerably shortens cycle times on large construction sites and in production lines. Since the nut covers the full thickness range of 0.5 to 3 mm, spare part variants in the warehouse are reduced, which simplifies ordering processes and minimizes production downtime.

👉 Important: To maintain the specified pull-out values, the pressing tool and die must be precisely matched to the Ø 9 mm body and the M6 cycle count.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
