The technique benefits greatly from the pre-prepared adhesive surface: simply dip the pen into the wax and place the diamonds gradually according to the legend. Good lighting and careful sorting of the crystals prevent mixing, while even pressure with the multi-placer tool guarantees a gap-free result. Even without prior experience, this clearly structured process leads to rapid progress and clean edges.
👉 Important: Roll out the canvas completely on a flat table for a few minutes before starting to smooth out any creases from transport, and cover the diamond trays after each session so that the adhesive does not dry out.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
