FIMO Air Basic in terracotta is a ready-to-use modelling clay that hardens at room temperature and requires no baking or firing process. The generous 500-gram pack from Staedtler FIMO offers a consistent texture that makes it easy to work out even the finest details. The warm earth tone provides a harmonious look even before painting, which is ideal for jewellery, models, or decorative figures. Thanks to the shrinkage-free drying, even small components remain stable in shape.

🔥 Processing
Especially for extensive series, its hand-warm plasticity pays off: when rolling out or punching, the contours remain sharp and the tools stay clean. Once the water has completely evaporated, the material can be mechanically processed. Abrasive fleece removes edges, drill sets open mounting holes, and files adjust weights precisely. Finally, a sealant protects the surface from abrasion and moisture.
👉 Important: Be sure to store any remaining material in its original sealed packaging or airtight in plastic film so that the moisture content remains constant and the material can still be used without any problems even after weeks.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
