🎨 Creative Design Options
The matte sand base serves as a flexible surface for individual lighting displays. By carefully applying multiple color shades, you can create sharp contrasts or soft transitions, which can be set by gently tilting the container. Once burned down completely, only minimal ash remains, which can be easily removed from the container. This allows the same bowls and vases to be refilled multiple times without adhesive residues or hardened wax deposits.

🔥 Processing
For series production or multiple decorative arrangements, the consistent particle size and pre-cut wick length are ideal. Since no melting process is required, uneven setting times and the risk of trapped air bubbles are eliminated. The wick remains stable in position throughout the entire burn time, ensuring the flame burns cleanly and avoiding soot deposits. This noticeably accelerates the repeated assembly of larger room decorations.
👉 Important: Use only in containers explicitly marked as heat-resistant and always keep an eye on the open flame.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
