The Lumocolor® non-permanent refill station (type 487 15) by STAEDTLER provides a smudge-free system for quickly refilling universal whiteboard pens in the 311, 312, 315, and 316 series. The closed reservoir tank contains exactly 15 ml of blue, easily erasable ink and is integrated into a shock-resistant polypropylene housing. The automated capillary control prevents overflow and ensures consistent writing performance – ideal for daily use in schools, administrative offices, or conference rooms where space, cleanliness, and cost-effectiveness matter.

🔥 Usage
The pen is inserted vertically into the intake valve, and the spring mechanism secures it immediately. The ink then rises in a controlled manner into the nib – after just 5 to 10 minutes, the tip is ready for use, with complete saturation achieved in about 3 to 4 hours. This time-saving method significantly reduces maintenance effort and the purchase of new supplies when you frequently update markings in classrooms, planning workshops, or for large-scale event setups.
👉 Important: The station must only be used with the original non-permanent blue ink together with the specified LUMOCOLOR series; other ink types can clog the suction valve or chemically attack the housing.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
