The STAEDTLER Lumocolor non-permanent refill station 487 eliminates the hassle of handling open ink bottles and provides a clean, controlled way to replenish ink in your whiteboard and OHP markers. Thanks to a mechanically restricted opening, the system draws only the maximum amount of ink available, while the integrated overfill protection prevents spills. Simply insert the pen, use it again after a few minutes, and plan for long presentation sessions with full core saturation after 3–4 hours.

The housing made of robust polypropylene (PP) withstands the bumps and knocks of daily office use and can be quickly cleaned of any ink buildup thanks to its closed, smooth surface. The low-maintenance, mechanical design keeps the internal ink feed permanently intact, guaranteeing consistent stroke quality, uniform opacity, and sharp lines for weeks. You reduce material waste while simultaneously protecting your writing surfaces from scratches.
👉 Important: Complete saturation of the writing core typically takes 3–4 hours; however, a quick test write is standardly possible after just a few minutes.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
