🔥 Processing
The rolled delivery protects the cotton coating from creases and transport risks. Place the unpacked canvas briefly on a flat surface, smooth it with a dry cloth, and pull it taut from the inside out before starting with the smallest brush strokes. Since the system relies on direct acrylic absorption rather than frame stiffening, the paint layers dry particularly quickly. This structure reduces material tension and ensures a flat finish even after longer breaks from painting.
👉 Important: After completing all color fields, wait at least four to six hours for them to dry completely before using the included screws and hooks for secure wall mounting.

What are the delivery costs?

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
