The STAEDTLER Mars® Lumograph 100 2B combines a specially formulated, break-resistant graphite lead with PEFC-certified wood to guarantee uniform gray tones and smooth transitions. This mixed formula delivers clear lines with even moderate pressure, which can be darkened in a controlled manner without the tip breaking. Especially for portrait studies, draft drawings, and spontaneous outline sketches, the tool provides a stable foundation that transitions seamlessly into more complex graphic or illustration projects.

🎨 Creative design possibilities
The 2B strength level covers the optimal range between soft modeling and hard stroke precision. This allows tone values to be built up in a targeted manner, textures to be represented in a differentiated way, and areas to be shaded without constant sharpening. The pencil is ideally suited for working later with ink, felt-tip pens, or water-based media, as it can be removed cleanly and leaves no oily residues on the paper.

🔥 Processing
For longer drawing sessions, the lead impresses with its mechanical stability: even under stronger focus pressure or repeated sharpening, it retains its shape, allowing work results to emerge continuously. The PEFC wood casing can be sharpened quickly and safely with standard rotary sharpeners without splintering. For best results, we recommend a steady hand and storage at room temperature without humidity, which ensures the long-term durability of the core.
👉 Important: Always store the graphite pencil in a dry place so that the lead retains its originally set break resistance and the line work remains precise even after months.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
