Individually separated crystal bags, a precise applicator pen with four attachment ends (sizes 6 and 9), and an extra 30% diamond buffer ensure clean color matching and prevent delays caused by missing stones. 🔥 Processing
Thanks to the provided color number chart, there is no guesswork involved in the matching process. You start safely at the center of the image and work your way outwards in a spiral, which minimizes overlaps and optimizes working time. The included tray helps to prepare multiple color sequences in parallel, which increases productivity, especially during more intensive sessions.
👉 Important: The canvas is rolled up in a sealed bag – lay it flat for at least 24 hours before starting so that material tension is released and a level work surface is created.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
