The interference effect unfolds its visual impact most effectively on light, absorbent paper. Through controlled dilution and layering, dynamic color gradients are created that reveal varied violet tones depending on the incidence of light and viewing angle. The transparent structure allows for precise work with fine brushes and is ideally suited for glazing over previously dried surfaces.

🔥 Processing
The natural gum arabic binder reacts predictably to water and allows for even application as well as effortless re-wetting after drying. For large-format projects, we recommend combining it with heavy-duty or extra-strong watercolor paper of at least 300 g/m². This prevents wavy warping during water-intensive application techniques and provides a stable painting surface where you can fully exploit the chromatic range of Rembrandt colors.
👉 Important: When combining with other tones, always pay attention to the transparency of the interference pigment – maximum luminosity is achieved exclusively in thin to medium layers directly over a white paper background.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
