Thanks to the well-thought-out system of 44 pure full tones, 56 black-mixed, and 118 white-mixed shades, complex color gradients can be transferred directly from the stick into the composition. Pre-graded tints eliminate the tedious manual mixing of dark or light variants while maintaining the original color purity. The soft consistency allows for precise straightening, gentle blending, and targeted placement of light accents in the upper image layers.

👉 Important: The coding (codes .2 and .3 for black-mixed tones, .7 to .12 for increasingly white-mixed gradations) always indicates the exact degree of graduation, so that color behavior and opacity are clearly predictable with every new purchase.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
