Purely pigmented blue for atmospheric depth

The UV-resistant, pigmented Ultramarine Light stick 505.8 combines vibrant color saturation with a predetermined brightness level, allowing for precise layering without disrupting the color tone. The addition of high-quality kaolin smoothing agents and maximum pigment concentration results in a buttery-soft consistency that is easy to apply, blend, and preserve with lightfastness. Toxicologically harmless, as it is completely free of lead, cadmium, and cobalt compounds.

Since the tone has already been stabilized with whitish components, there is no need for manual mixing of complex intermediate colors, preventing accidental graying of your composition. Perfectly suited for horizon transitions, cool reflections, and floating transparencies in the final stages of work.

For large-format studies and gallery work, the highly organized color system significantly accelerates the drawing flow. All required gradations between the purest ultramarine blue and extra white are defined at the factory, allowing artists to focus entirely on composition and lighting. The extra-soft texture provides full coverage with minimal pressure, making the sticks particularly efficient and ergonomic for use on a wide variety of papers.

👉 Important: The attached digit determines the exact degree of pre-mixing; code .8 represents a heavily lightened intermediate tone that is ready for immediate use and does not require further thinning.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
