Two tips, one tool for water-based lines and washes
The STAEDTLER® 3001 in Blue-Violet eliminates the need to switch tools: with an integrated brush tip and a fine liner tip, you can immediately draw outlined motifs and transfer the same ink directly into blended watercolor washes. This saves time in the studio, while traveling, or in the classroom, and consistently delivers sharp details as well as soft color gradients.

The dual construction allows for a sequential workflow: first create sketchy underlying structures, densify them with the fine tip, and finally dissolve edge areas with a water brush. This creates subtly modeled shadows, cool light reflections, or expressive line patterns.

🔥 Workmanship
For larger projects, the pen impresses with its material-saving ergonomics and constant ink flow over the entire writing length. On rough to medium-rough watercolor paper, the ink optimally utilizes the fiber texture, allowing watermark effects and organic edges to emerge naturally. Additional color mixing is unnecessary, as you control brightness and saturation purely through the addition of water.
👉 Important: Always use the brush tip first for building up areas, then switch to the fine tip for definitions, and apply targeted drops of water to the still-wet pigment for the desired wash effect.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
