The STAEDTLER® 3004 multi-color combines a soft brush tip with a slim fine tip to enable color changes and smooth transitions directly on the page. The 12-piece set offers selected, intensely pigmented shades that blend effortlessly. Durable fibers ensure consistent ink flow, while the dual-sided control gives you precise command over broad, expressive strokes and tiny contouring elements.

This set is suitable for versatile artistic techniques where shading and color transitions are the focus. Direct tip-to-tip blending reduces the tedious transfer of ink to other surfaces and saves working time. Light base layers followed by darker gradients can be naturally designed through varied brush pressure, while the opposite tip adds exact outlines and targeted highlights.

🔥 Quality and performance
During extensive drawing sessions or workshops, the coated fiber tips maintain their profile permanently, even with repeated pressure. The ink dries fast enough to prevent smudging when flipping through notebooks and delivers consistent opacity on both coated and uncoated paper. This allows you to benefit from a more relaxed workflow and reduces interruptions caused by dull tips or dried-out caps.
👉 Important: Clean the tip briefly after each use and close the cap tightly so that the ink column remains stable and the color ranges stay fresh.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within one business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this will also include tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please note that deviations may occur depending on the shipping provider, delivery region, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

Returns & Refunds

Refund
As soon as your return has arrived and been inspected by us, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
