🔥 Processing

During demanding long-term use, the alcohol-based primer ensures that the ink supply remains constant throughout the entire service life. The system effectively displaces residual air in the reservoir, thereby preventing interruptions in the ink flow during the stroke process. Users benefit from this particularly when watercoloring on dry surfaces or when simultaneously executing dense patterns and sharp edge lines. The rapid bonding to the substrate also significantly reduces the risk of errors in cross-hatching and shading techniques.

👉 Important: The ink reaches its maximum brilliance only after complete drying: leave processed sheets exposed briefly before stapling or framing, and store markers with the end caps closed so that the fiber tips remain hydrophobic.

For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs:

For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.

For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.

In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

For orders under 20.00 Swiss francs, we charge a small-order fee of 10.00 Swiss francs, which already includes shipping costs.

  • Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs. 

  • This ensures that we can continue to offer a diverse range of products in high quality without having to artificially increase product prices.

  • At the same time, we would like to avoid tiny orders where the shipping and processing costs would be higher than the value of the goods themselves.
How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.

Where do our products come from?

For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.

We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
