Transparent gray pigments with high light transmission
The Van Gogh watercolor in tone 748 combines a clearly defined cool gray tint with exceptional transparency and luminosity. Its pasty consistency dissolves in a controlled manner, allowing for precise control of both intensely opaque areas and airy watercolor gradients. Thanks to its high color strength, significantly less material is needed for rich results, which reduces consumption over longer working periods. The homogeneous viscosity eliminates localized thinning and ensures predictable behavior during brushwork.

🔥 Application
For demanding studies or larger image formats, the repeatability of the Van Gogh formula is impressive. Different batches behave identically, so that painting processes can be interrupted over several days and continued seamlessly later. The rapid wettability of the paper supports direct wet-on-wet techniques, in which pigments diffuse naturally into one another.
👉 Important: Always pick up the paste with a damp brush instead of scraping directly into the pan. Store it closed in a cool, dry place after use so that the paint retains its ability to be reactivated and does not develop a hard surface crust.

Shipping Costs
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.20.
For order values under CHF 20.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 10.– applies.
For order values of CHF 50.– and above, we deliver your order free of shipping costs within Switzerland.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs:
For packages with a value of up to 50.00 Swiss francs, a delivery fee of 4.90 Swiss francs applies.
For orders over 50.00 Swiss francs, delivery is free of charge for customers.
In June 2025, we adjusted the delivery costs from 7.90 Swiss francs to 4.90 Swiss francs.

Every order incurs fixed costs (packaging, processing, payment systems). In order to cover these fairly while still offering our products at low prices, a small-order fee is necessary for orders under 20.00 Swiss francs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for your order is generally 2–5 business days, including shipping time. During peak season (e.g., before holidays or during special promotions), it may occasionally take 1–2 days longer.
Kidis Art always strives to process and deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you receive your order without a long wait.
Where do our products come from?
For paints and art supplies, our products come exclusively from Holland, where the highest quality standards and precision in manufacturing are a matter of course.
We source our craft materials primarily from Germany and France, and occasionally from China when special materials or designs are produced there that enrich our range.
